Step 1 Initial Consultation

We will talk with you to understand your repair needs via phone or email. We then promptly book a time to inspect the damage to your vehicle. We can assist you if your car can not be driven or you need a tow. After checking your vehicle, we suggest the best methods to repair the damage.

Step 2 Insurance Approval

We help you through the whole claim process to ensure you receive all your entitlements. Once we have established a repair quote, we will share this with your insurance company. Often an assessor will inspect the images or the vehicle. Once they have accepted the estimate & approved the repair, we can then start on the repair works.

Step 3 We Get to Work on Fixing Your Vehicle

Here we can help organise a hire car while it is in the repair shop being completed. We then order the genuine parts needed to fix your vehicle. And start removing damaged panels so the new ones are ready to be placed. Our experienced team carries out our repair works & we ensure that all repairs meet manufactures standards and specifications.

Step 4 Reassemble - Paint & Finishes

After the panels and repair works are completed and re-assembled back on your vehicle, we ensure we match the paint and finishes perfectly, removing any minor imperfections. We do a final inspection before calling you to advise your vehicle is ready to be picked up.

We assist in any returns of your hire vehicles and offer free local pick and drop-off service for the convenience of our clients.
